How do I print a whole WhatsApp conversation?
Export the chat from WhatsApp with media, then upload the .zip file on My Social Book. We lay out every message and photo in order. You check the pages, then order the printed book.
How much will a WhatsApp book cost?
Prices will be announced at launch. They depend on the number of pages and the cover. People on the waitlist hear first. Shipping is charged separately.
How many pages will my book have?
It depends on the size of your chat. A book holds 25 to 500 pages, and you can remove content before you order.
Are my photos included?
Yes, if you export with media: Attach Media on iPhone, Include media on Android. Without it, the book has text only.
What about voice notes and videos?
Both make it into the book. Voice notes are transcribed and printed as text. Videos appear as a strip of frames with a transcript. Polls are printed too, with their results.
Is my conversation private?
Your file is sent over a secure connection and used to create your book. You see and approve every page before anything is printed.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. WhatsApp lets you export a chat on both. On a computer, you can upload the file you saved from your phone.
Can I print a group chat?
Yes, private chats and group chats. Each member gets a name and a bubble color.
Can I mix WhatsApp with Facebook or Instagram in one book?
No. One chat makes one book. You can make separate books from your Facebook and your Instagram.
